An Artful Expression of Taste.
Seasonal produce, patient technique and a room lit for conversation. Evenings at Noir & Thyme are composed, course by course.
Good food is not simply prepared. It is thoughtfully composed.
At Noir & Thyme every plate begins with what the season offers and ends with restraint. We cook with few ingredients, treat each with care, and leave space on the plate for the guest to notice.
The room is small on purpose. Tables are set far enough apart for conversation, close enough for warmth.

The kitchen works from seasonal produce, short supply lines and careful technique: slow roasting, cold infusions, sauces reduced until they speak quietly. This is a fictional restaurant, so there are no awards to list.
Made for lingering conversations.
Quiet anniversaries, long family dinners, a celebration with six friends. Service is unhurried and attentive, and nobody needs the table back.
The Autumn Tasting
Five courses built around squash, wild mushrooms, late figs and smoked butter. Wine pairings are available. Details change with the harvest.
